Do you see them?
Do you see them now?
How about now?
They're American Bald Eagles!
And they're huge.
They don't like to be photographed.
When they see people, they fly in the other direction.
I zoomed in as much as possible on my 10-year-old, hand-me-down, clunky Nikon digital.
Then I cropped and enlarged the photos with my VERY BASIC, comes-with-the-computer, editing program.
Sometimes, the photos turned out pretty good. Wow! Look at the feathers!
Sometimes, not so much.
Look how far they can turn their heads.
Goodbye DDT and welcome back from the brink of extinction!
(Did you see the picture on that site? F***ing Hope Rutledge. What a show-off! She probably has a REALLY GOOD camera. Or that bird is a stuffed museum piece.)
