There were some stunning clouds across the Chesapeake Bay tonight, around 7 p.m., part of a thunderstorm system leaving our area.
I dashed out with my camera and got a few unremarkable, hazy shots. While I was cropping and editing, I enhanced one of the photos for clarity and depth. The photo software spit this out.
I love it.

So pretty! I thought about you last night when the storms moved through the general area but mostly stayed south of us.

www.MoreBeach.com takes me to a favorite beach every morning -- Coast Guard Beach on Cape Cod. I take it like a vitamin. Your beautiful clouds would work just as well!!! My family, who knows my passion for clouds, teases me unmercifully. Not unusual to answer the phone and hear from one of them, "Aren't the clouds LOVELY today?"

Speaking of clouds, weather, etc -- where exactly are you and how did your house (and the cliffs) weather the storm?
